If so, please temporarily switch/turn off the "New Outlook" ( button near the search bar) then re-start your Outlook for Mac to see if it make any difference, thanks. Moreover, since you have tried different troubleshooting from Internet you found, assume you already tried to re-index the spotlight, a new Outlook for Mac profile etc. As Microsoft 365 Office Suite requires the latest version of Mac OS ( or the last version of OS), for the Office runs on the old OS, it may cause some different performance issues, so if convenient, please double check them, thanks. ![]() Since you have tried to un-install the Microsoft 365 Outlook for Mac, my understanding is it should be the latest one now, in this case please double check if your Mac OS is also up to date, if not, please upgrade it then re-start your Outlook for Mac to see how it goes.
